The only buildings available in that area are the wooden ones closest to the old fighter aircraft.

- there are people already, doing reverse osmosis & PC water-cooler machining
central heating by 2 gas boilers distributed by radiators in the rooms
no air-conditioning, unlike in Brmlab's industrial space
