The only buildings available in that area are the wooden ones closest to the old fighter aircraft. 49°13'41.797"N, 16°34'49.014"E
We're supposed to call back near 2012-07-01, because right now, everything is occupied.
Then we can be presented with rooms ~34m2 big, each, not necessarily connected/adjacent, but internal walls' demolition possible. :)
What I should find out about is the price..

- wooden buildings, "linkusák" in Czech
- rooms ~34m2 big, office-type, but dirty/loud work allowed
- there are people already, doing reverse osmosis & PC water-cooler machining
- central heating by 2 gas boilers distributed by radiators in the rooms
- no air-conditioning, unlike in Brmlab's industrial space
