Board meetings
There are monthly meetups taking place on last Thursday in the month, around 7pm.

Valna Hromada
Yearly / ad hoc formal meetings ("valna hromada") with aim to make organization-wide decisions and changes. Members are required to attend / vote / support the decision-making situations.
