Council meetings
There are monthly meetups taking place on last Tuesday in the month, or as agreed with chairman, around 4pm.

Valna Hromada
Yearly / ad hoc formal meetings (valna hromada) with aim to make organization-wide decisions and changes. Members are required to attend / vote / support the decision-making situations.
