I dont know, if there is still that announcement, but about 2-4 months ago, there was a poster about free space at Jana Babáka 11 with phone number (on that building).
About 1 year ago, is was not available (we were told, that there is no electricity and it will be demolished in future,
but it looks like that things has changed).
Accoriding to martian, there is already Veronica shop in this building.

I dont know anything about the internals of that building.
